1. Returning the goods

Due to Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to return the purchased goods without stating the reasons or without compensation, based on the recommendation of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS) and international e-commerce codes. However, in this case, the buyer must bear the costs incurred in returning the object of purchase. The buyer must notify the intended return of products or withdrawal from the contract/purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods at the following e-mail address: The goods shall be returned within 30 days. When returning the goods, the buyer must provide the transaction account number, which enables the provider to impose the purchase price.

2. Complaints

If the buyer receives damaged ordered goods or the product does not appear to have the appropriate organoleptic characteristics, the latter must inform the provider immediately. If possible, the provider shall replace the advertised product with the same, organoleptically appropriate product. However, if this is not possible or the buyer does not agree with the proposed replacement, the provider returns the purchase price in full to the buyer.

3. Appeals and disputes

Disagreements or disputes that may arise in the purchase or implementation of the "GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS" will be resolved amicably by the contractual partners (provider and buyer). If they are unable to reach an agreement, the court in Maribor will have jurisdiction to resolve disputes. Pursuant to the third paragraph of Article 32 of the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act, Orthotic engineering OIM informs that it does not recognize any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as competent for resolving a consumer dispute that could be initiated by the consumer in accordance with the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act.
